Kierrätyskeskus recycling centre visit

Kierrätyskeskus Kaisaniemi is an urban, modern recycling centre. Secondhand goods are on display in all their beauty, inspiring people to dive into the inspiring world of reuse. During the visit, you will get an idea
of what goes on in the Recycling Center store and what stages the goods go through before they reach their new owners. During the approximately one-hour tour, we will also introduce the concept of the Circular Economy and discuss the importance of recycling and consider consumption choices that we can make to help save natural resources.

Haltia: Finnish Nature Centre

The Finnish Nature Centre, located close to Nuuksio National Park, is built entirely from wood and heated and cooled with energy derived from the sun and the earth. At Haltia, young people are introduced to Finland’s unique and diverse nature as well as the dialogue between Finnish culture and nature.
